Browser Web sites must be flexible enough to adapt to whichever browser a user happens to employ. However, the ascendance of Microsoft's Internet Explorer does not guarantee browser uniformity in the future. Different versions, plug-ins, and settings mean that designers will always have to deal with a seemingly infinite number of possibilities.
